Making Business Finance Approachable
Running a business shouldn't mean drowning in spreadsheets you can't understand. We teach finance fundamentals that actually make sense for people who'd rather focus on growing their company.

Why Most Business Owners Avoid Their Numbers
Here's something we hear constantly: "I know I should understand my finances better, but honestly, it's overwhelming." That's not a confession of failure. Most people didn't start their business to become accountants.
The problem isn't you. Finance education traditionally assumes you already know the basics, or it dumps terminology without context. We saw Thai business owners making critical decisions with incomplete information simply because they couldn't find practical, jargon-free guidance.
So we built something different. Our programs start where you actually are, not where textbooks think you should be. We focus on the specific financial decisions small business owners face every month.
What Drives Our Approach
These aren't just nice-sounding principles. They're what changed when we rebuilt our entire curriculum in 2024 after listening to hundreds of frustrated business owners.
Real Business Context
Every concept connects to actual scenarios: pricing decisions, hiring timing, expansion planning. We don't teach theory. We teach the math behind choices you're already making.
No Prerequisite Shame
Starting from "I barely remember high school math" is completely fine. We explain every term the first time it appears, and there's no such thing as a stupid question in our sessions.
Progressive Complexity
You'll understand cash flow before we touch profit margins. Master margins before we discuss capital structure. Each concept builds naturally on what you've already internalized.

Who's Actually Teaching This
Kasper spent twelve years as a CFO for SMEs before getting fed up with how finance education ignored practical realities. He started teaching one workshop in 2019, and it grew into what we do now. His background is messy—three failed startups before figuring things out—which means he's made most of the expensive mistakes already.
Eira joined after running accounting for a manufacturing company that nearly collapsed from poor cash management. She's particularly good at explaining why your business can be profitable on paper but still run out of money. That's not a fun conversation, but it's one she's had to have many times.
Both of them teach because they genuinely believe most business failures happen from financial confusion, not bad ideas. And because they're tired of watching capable people give up on businesses that were actually viable.
How Sessions Actually Work
- You'll bring your own financial questions and work through them together
 - Every session includes time for individual check-ins about your specific situation
 - We use your actual business numbers when you're comfortable sharing them
 - Recording available afterward so you can revisit confusing parts

What You'll Actually Learn
These are the topics that come up repeatedly in consulting sessions. We turned them into structured learning modules because business owners kept asking for exactly this information.
	Reading Financial Statements Without Panic
Most people stare at their P&L statement feeling vaguely anxious. We'll walk through exactly what each line means and which numbers actually deserve your attention right now.
Cash Flow Management That Prevents Emergencies
The difference between profitable and solvent isn't obvious until you've been burned. We'll show you how to forecast cash needs and avoid those "scrambling for payment" weeks.
